Chef Service Administration du Personnel

About the role

Eni Algeria is looking for a Chef Service Administration du Personnel to lead the administrative management of its workforce in Algiers. The role ensures compliance with Algerian labour law, Eni Group policies, and oversees both local and expatriate staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of personnel administration for local and expatriate employees, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
• Oversee expatriate administration, including visas, work permits, residency requirements and related support.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment activities and onboarding of new hires.
• Coordinate training programmes and employee development initiatives.
• Supervise business travel arrangements and ensure adherence to travel policies and budgets.
• Maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance with authorities.
• Prepare HR reports, monitor workforce metrics and provide insights for management decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Algerian labour legislation and HR administration practices.
• Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, training and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience managing expatriate employees and immigration processes is an advantage.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality and strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
