Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Co-Founder – Premium Baby Furniture Startup

About the role

We are launching a modern industrial venture that designs and manufactures premium baby furniture using CNC technology and Lean Manufacturing. We are looking for a high‑caliber Chief Financial Officer to join the team as a Co‑Founder and drive the financial strategy from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and stress‑test comprehensive financial models, including CAPEX, 2026‑2028 projections and break‑even analysis.
• Lead fundraising efforts, prepare investor pitch materials and negotiate terms with potential backers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by structuring financial dossiers and managing incentives such as AAPI.

Required profile

• Strong background in financial management, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Analytical rigor with the ability to build, justify and defend complex financial models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high tolerance for early‑stage risk.
