About the role

Baladna El Djazaier is driving Algeria’s agro‑industrial transformation with a major dairy and agriculture project. The company seeks a Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory adherence across its integrated operations and support the nation’s food‑security mission.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring activities.
• Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Track and follow up on CAPA implementation.
• Support the development, review, and maintenance of policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.
• Maintain compliance registers, trackers, and related documentation.
• Deliver compliance awareness and training programs.
• Assist internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
• Prepare regular compliance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in compliance, governance, risk management, internal audit, or legal affairs.
• Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, ISO auditor) is an advantage.
