About the role
Baladna El Djazaier is driving Algeria’s agro‑industrial transformation with a major dairy and agriculture project. The company seeks a Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory adherence across its integrated operations and support the nation’s food‑security mission.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct compliance reviews and monitoring activities.
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Track and follow up on CAPA implementation.
- Support the development, review, and maintenance of policies and procedures.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.
- Maintain compliance registers, trackers, and related documentation.
- Deliver compliance awareness and training programs.
- Assist internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Prepare regular compliance reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in compliance, governance, risk management, internal audit, or legal affairs.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCEP, ISO auditor) is an advantage.
