About the role

The Content Creator will join Biloul’s marketing team in Annaba on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will be responsible for producing engaging social‑media content that supports our clients’ digital strategies and drives audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for social‑media campaigns.
• Write, edit and proofread copy for posts, stories, blogs and other digital formats.
• Assist the design team in producing visual assets and ensure seamless integration of text and graphics.
• Adapt content to the specific requirements of each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor performance metrics and propose optimisation ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and client objectives.

Required profile

• Strong writing and editing abilities with attention to detail and consistency in brand voice.
• Basic understanding of digital‑marketing principles and how content fuels audience engagement.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and storytelling formats.
• Comfort working alongside design or media teams to coordinate visual and written elements.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
