Core Network Product Manager (Algeria)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Core Network Product Manager to lead Huawei’s core network solution sales in Algeria. The role combines deep technical knowledge of 4G/5G core technologies with customer‑facing activities to drive business growth and support operators in their digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Huawei core network products (EPC, IMS, 5GC, VoLTE, VoNR, Cloud Core) and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Support solution design, product positioning and competitive analysis to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Identify customer needs, create business opportunities and work with sales teams to build pipeline and achieve regional targets.
• Present innovative solutions and business cases to decision‑makers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customer planning, engineering, operations and maintenance teams, acting as the primary interface between customers and internal Huawei groups.
• Assist in project delivery, issue resolution and continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3‑10 years of experience in telecommunications, product management, pre‑sales or technical consulting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic is a strong advantage.
