Curbside Pick-up Lead Associate

About the role

Meijer is seeking a Curbside Pick‑up Lead Associate to oversee daily operations of the curbside service area. You will guide a team to deliver an exceptional shopping and checkout experience while ensuring product freshness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and support team members in day‑to‑day curbside operations.
• Assign tasks, coach staff, and ensure completion of required trainings.
• Monitor product rotation, dating, and food‑safety compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership on scheduling to boost engagement, customer service, and store profitability.
• Handle register duties and cash when needed; operate powered equipment as required.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist other departments in a lead capacity.

Required profile

• Strong passion for customer service and ability to engage shoppers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative problem‑solving and ability to influence peers.
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend and twist while handling merchandise.
