Customer Facing Solution Support - English-speaker

About the role

The Customer Facing Solution Support professional will promote DHL’s e‑commerce product portfolio, manage equipment logistics, install solutions at customer sites, and provide training and system integration support. The role also includes maintaining e‑com inventory and supporting new advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Install DHL e‑com tools for new customers and demonstrate capabilities to enhance competitive advantage.
• Deliver internal and external user training through roadshows and customer evenings on current and new software versions.
• Assess customer needs, customise software and hardware solutions, and ensure compliance with DHL standards.
• Support the sales team with product expertise, accompany them to customer sites, and configure account rates on Easy Ship systems.
• Select appropriate hardware based on shipment volume and revenue in consultation with solution managers.
• Benchmark competitor shipment processing systems and provide feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Ensure all systems are upgraded, tested, and fully functional before deployment.
• Collaborate with regional IT and development teams to create customised solutions and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain the Electronic Service Directory and ensure 100% manifest data return from all sites.
• Produce weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (Licence/Bac+3) or Master’s (Master 2/Bac+5) degree.
• 1–5 years of experience in solution support, installation, or customer training within a logistics or e‑commerce environment.
