Customer Service Specialist French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English professional to join its remote call‑center team. The role focuses on first‑level support for an online travel booking platform, handling inbound and outbound interactions while delivering high‑quality assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls.
• Manage cases, including modifications, cancellations, deposit claims, and escalations.
• Log, classify, and follow up on all customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of call history and resolutions.
• Analyze call data and share feedback with internal teams.
• Stay updated on platform and process changes.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a contact‑center environment.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Strong computer literacy and experience working online.

Required skills

• Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
• Slack or other online collaboration tools.
• Salesforce.
• Windows 11 or macOS 14+ operating systems.
