DCC & Tower Technical Manager

About the role

The DCC & Tower Technical Manager leads engineering teams responsible for delivering large‑scale data‑center and control‑center projects. The role ensures high‑quality, on‑time delivery while coordinating multidisciplinary activities across civil, electrical, mechanical and architectural domains.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project execution, report team loading to the Engineering Manager and take corrective actions.
• Supervise engineering software/hardware design documentation and continuously improve it.
• Assign and oversee implementation, installation, and testing activities, including FAT and SAT.
• Review weekly progress reports, prepare monthly activity reports and manage staffing plans.
• Collaborate with Presales, QC, and HSE teams to ensure technical solutions meet quality and ISO 45001/14001 standards.
• Maintain project documentation on the company portal and enhance workflow processes.
• Provide performance feedback for team leaders and plan training and development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• 13–15 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Proven leadership ability and experience delivering large‑scale infrastructure projects.

Required skills

• Technical report writing.
• Large‑scale infrastructure project delivery (data centers, control centers).
• Multidisciplinary coordination (civil, electrical, mechanical, architectural).
• Engineering software/hardware design documentation.
• Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Quality control and ISO 45001/ISO 14001 compliance.
• Project documentation management and workflow enhancement.
