About the role
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our global enterprise team in Oran, Algeria. The role combines traditional desktop support with responsibility for Microsoft 365 administration, Intune and Autopilot deployments, and management of Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
Key responsibilities
- Provide on‑site desktop and end‑user support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network incidents.
- Manage incidents, requests, and asset records using ServiceNow.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services, Intune, and Autopilot deployments.
- Support Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) environments.
- Configure, deploy, and lifecycle‑manage laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and coordinate escalations with global support teams.
- Assist with user onboarding, off‑boarding, and device provisioning.
- Maintain technical documentation, asset records, and ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop, IT, or infrastructure support.
- Strong background supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
