Educational Trainer – Specialist Child Services

About the role

The association seeks qualified professionals to join its team as trainers for children with special needs. The positions focus on delivering psychological, speech‑language, and psychomotor support to children aged 0‑12, particularly those with mental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic tests for children.
• Design and implement individualized therapeutic interventions.
• Provide training and mentorship to other professionals in the field.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain detailed records and report on progress.

Required profile

• Relevant degree (Psychology, Orthophony, or Psychomotricity) with a Master’s level or higher.
• 3‑5 years of experience working with children aged 0‑12, especially those with mental disabilities.
• Knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders and/or autism spectrum disorders.
• Experience in professional training and capacity building.
