Electrical Contracts Manager

About the role

Based in Witney, Oxfordshire, MEICA Technical Services (MTS) Ltd is seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to lead the electrical contracting side of MEICA projects across water, utilities and energy sectors. The role is full‑time with the possibility of hybrid working and requires autonomous, initiative‑driven management of projects from inception to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full project life‑cycle, ensuring resource efficiency and profitability.
• Support tender writing and preparation of risk assessments and method statements.
• Source materials, schedule and allocate labour, and manage sub‑contractors and other trades.
• Coordinate test certification, O&M documentation and post‑project evaluation.
• Maintain customer liaison and assist marketing with successful project case studies.
• Prospect new work and generate leads to grow the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Contracts or Project Manager in MEICA, water‑treatment or industrial sectors.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, build relationships quickly and introduce new ideas.
• Full clean driving licence (preferable).
