Engineering Technician Utilities – Biosimilars

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Technician to ensure the optimal operation, maintenance, and availability of utility systems in our biosimilar manufacturing facility. The position works in a GMP‑regulated environment, supporting critical processes such as water, steam, and air supply.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, purified water (PW), water for injection (WFI), clean steam, and compressed air systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to GMP standards.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders, track equipment history, and schedule interventions.
• Interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics for repairs and upgrades.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure utilities meet validation requirements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotechnology settings.
• BTS or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Automation.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements for utility systems supporting biologics manufacturing.
