Event Planning Manager

About the role

The Event Planning Manager will lead the conception, planning, and execution of product launch events, media previews, pop‑up activations, roadshows and experiential marketing campaigns. You will shape creative concepts that drive social buzz, media coverage and consumer engagement while aligning with brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end event experiences, from strategy to on‑site execution.
• Leverage partnerships in football, gaming, lifestyle and entertainment to amplify brand activations.
• Manage agencies, suppliers and vendors, ensuring high‑quality creative, production and logistics delivery.
• Develop and control event budgets, track timelines, procurement and post‑event performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, Retail, Sales and Product teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing or brand activation, preferably in smartphone, consumer electronics, FMCG, automotive or agency environments.
• Proven track record of large‑scale product launches, media events, pop‑up activations or roadshows.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to craft buzz‑worthy offline experiences.
• Experience with football, gaming, entertainment or youth‑culture activations is a plus.
• Excellent project‑management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English.
