Event & Wedding Executive

About the role

The Holiday Inn Algiers – Cheraga Tower is seeking a passionate and highly organized Event & Wedding Executive to join its Sales & Marketing team. You will be the primary point of contact for couples and corporate clients, guiding them from the first inquiry through to the successful execution of their events.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the hotel’s event and wedding facilities to prospective clients.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and prepare customized proposals.
• Conduct site inspections and present the venue to clients.
• Coordinate event details with operational departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate records using the hotel’s reservation and event management systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize event revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel events, sales or wedding planning is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Fluency in both French and English.
