About the role
As a Guest Environment Expert you will help create memorable experiences for hotel guests by ensuring rooms and public areas are clean, well‑stocked and welcoming. You will work in a dynamic environment where safety, professionalism and attention to detail are essential.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and turn guest rooms, making beds, replacing linens and replenishing amenities.
- Maintain public spaces such as lobbies and corridors, ensuring they meet brand standards.
- Respond to guest requests promptly, delivering items and assisting with special needs.
- Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Perform physical tasks safely, including lifting and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace, adherence to company policies and confidentiality.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance and clear communication.
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and handle repetitive physical activity.
