Field Service Representative – Fluid Performance

About the role

The Field Service Representative provides on‑site well‑site service for Halliburton customers, applying specialized knowledge in fluids chemistry, hydraulics and separation technologies. You will work closely with supervisors, technical professionals and rig personnel to deliver reliable fluid performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver well‑site service and maintain strong relationships with operator and rig personnel.
• Conduct and interpret routine and specialized fluid testing to provide technical solutions.
• Operate, maintain and optimize separation and waste‑management equipment.
• Prepare and track inventory of palletized and bulk products and equipment spares based on drilling programs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environment regulations.
• Mentor and support the development of junior employees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (preferred).
• Completion of Baroid Core Training Course or equivalent industry‑recognized program.
• 2–4 years of experience with fluids and separation equipment.
