First Line Manager – Pharmaceutical Sales (East)

About the role

The First Line Manager will lead, coach, and motivate a team of Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives in the eastern region. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring high‑quality field execution, and fostering strong relationships with pharmacies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage a team of sales representatives to meet business objectives.
• Plan, organize and supervise daily field activities and territory coverage.
• Monitor pharmacy portfolio performance and implement corrective actions.
• Identify training needs, deliver coaching sessions, and support professional development.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare forecasts and support demand planning.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with pharmacies in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with Commercial and Medical departments to design and execute sales strategies.

Required profile

• University degree in Commercial, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 2 years in people management.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, pharmacy channel and regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to analyze KPIs, forecast sales and manage territories.
