French / English Customer Support Agent

About the role

As a French/English Customer Support Agent at 5CA, you will join a global team that provides front‑line assistance for multinational consumer electronics and e‑commerce brands. You will interact with customers via email, live chat, social media and phone, helping them resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French (C1) and English (B2) across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot technical and order‑related problems, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Participate in assisted training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and support techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French (C1) and intermediate English (B2).
• Based in Tunisia or Algeria with a quiet home workspace.
• Interest in e‑commerce, consumer electronics, and customer satisfaction.
• Fast learner, proactive, and comfortable with new technologies.

Required skills

• Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download/upload, latency <120 ms).
• Computer meeting minimum specs: 8 GB RAM, 64‑bit Windows 11 or macOS 13, i5‑8300H‑class CPU or newer.
• Smartphone capable of two‑factor authentication (Android 10+ or iOS 16+).
