Fresh Sales Representative – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fresh Sales professional to join our real‑estate brokerage team in Heliopolis. You will be responsible for generating new leads, engaging potential clients, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients through proactive outreach.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored real‑estate recommendations.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships and manage negotiations to close deals.
• Record all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the company’s growth by continuously developing sales skills and market knowledge.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of the real‑estate brokerage industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
• Proven track record in sales and meeting targets (preferred).
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
