Sukai Labs is seeking a mid‑level Growth & Social Media Manager to drive audience acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness for its digital products. The role blends growth‑focused thinking with hands‑on content creation and social media management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research target customers, partners, and early adopters; build prospect lists.
• Design and execute outbound lead‑generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and social platforms.
• Write personalized outreach messages and track performance metrics such as response rates and conversions.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar aligned with growth objectives.
• Create engaging posts, carousels, short‑form videos, and promotional copy.
• Monitor social media KPIs (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and continuously optimize content strategy.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to produce high‑quality visual assets.
• Explore new channels, communities, and platforms to expand the lead pipeline.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, social media, or lead generation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital acquisition fundamentals.
• Proven copywriting and communication abilities.
