Indirect Procurement Manager – Algeria

About the role

The globally recognised FMCG organisation is expanding its procurement function in Algeria and is looking for an Indirect Procurement Manager to own the end‑to‑end indirect spend strategy and drive value across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end indirect procurement strategy for Algeria, managing a significant annual spend.
• Partner directly with senior leadership to influence commercial and operational decisions.
• Lead sourcing initiatives across Marketing, Corporate Services, IT, Facilities Management and other indirect categories.
• Drive supplier performance, value creation and procurement excellence across the local business.
• Collaborate with the global procurement function to ensure best‑in‑class practices and long‑term career development.

Required profile

• Proven indirect procurement experience within a multinational FMCG or consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong background managing Marketing and commercial procurement together with broader indirect spend categories.
• Experience leading complex sourcing projects and building senior stakeholder relationships.
• Commercially minded, analytical professional with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
