Insurance Manager

About the role

The Insurance Manager will lead the development and distribution of insurance products through online channels for BLS International in Algeria. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring that product offerings meet market and customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with insurance companies and brokers to develop and distribute suitable insurance products online.
• Manage and drive online insurance sales, meeting business and revenue targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers and brokers to uncover new business opportunities.
• Conduct regular meetings with partners to explore new products and growth initiatives.
• Perform monthly sales assessments, track performance against targets, and identify improvement areas.
• Identify and introduce sachet insurance products for cross‑selling and upselling.
• Collaborate with insurers and brokers to design products that meet business and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product implementation, sales, and distribution.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance sales.
• Proven ability to manage partnerships and drive online sales.
• Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building capabilities.
