About the role
The IT Coordinator will ensure the reliable operation of all computer and network systems across the Trust Complex Buildings in Algiers. You will support end‑users, maintain hardware and software, and implement security measures to protect company assets.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, test, and maintain computer networks, workstations, and server systems.
- Manage user accounts, telephone rooms, and backup procedures, ensuring tapes are stored securely.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, LAN, WAN, and internet issues.
- Provide end‑user support for all applications and train users on proper system use and security.
- Plan and coordinate equipment installations, moves, additions, and network security enhancements.
- Maintain accurate inventory of technological devices and manage disk space for the entire network.
Required profile
- Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to safety standards.

- Network installation and configuration (LAN/WAN).
- Server administration.
- Hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Network security implementation.
- Backup management and disaster recovery.
- Disk space and inventory management.
