Landscape Crew Installer (Artificial Turf Installer)

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our landscape crew as Artificial Turf Installers in the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves preparing sites, building bases and installing synthetic grass for commercial and residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Excavate ground using sod cutter, skid steer, shovels and wheelbarrow.
• Construct and grade an aggregate base, then compact it to specifications.
• Install artificial turf, including placement, cutting, seaming, nailing and sanding.
• Maintain a clean and safe work site throughout each project.

Required profile

• Ability to lift more than 60 lb regularly.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekdays, weekends and up to one‑week out‑of‑town assignments.
• Comfort with walking, bending, kneeling and heavy lifting in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player who can follow direction and pay attention to detail.

Required skills

• Sod cutter operation.
