Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support and optimise daily logistics and operational activities for a client in Algeria. Reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, you will coordinate installations, manage shipments, track inventory and ensure smooth project execution across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule installations at various sites.
• Manage shipping and logistics for equipment, partners and project locations.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure successful deployments.
• Track inventory, shipments and project status across active operations.
• Communicate with internal teams to align timelines, priorities and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical challenges efficiently.
• Support the development and improvement of operational processes and systems.
• Maintain accurate records, tracking tools and reporting documentation.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, project coordination or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset.
