Machine Learning Engineer

About the role

The Machine Learning Engineer will design, implement, and deploy machine learning models and end‑to‑end pipelines for production use. Working on‑site in Batna, you will turn business objectives into reliable, scalable AI solutions while collaborating closely with product, data, and software teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess data for model training.
• Experiment with model architectures, evaluate performance, and optimise algorithms for scalability and reliability.
• Build and maintain end‑to‑end ML pipelines, including feature engineering and model serving.
• Integrate models into existing applications and monitor deployed models in production.
• Document work, conduct code reviews, and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Computer Science with practical experience in algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in pattern recognition, neural networks, and statistical methods for data analysis and experiment design.
• Hands‑on experience with modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn) and Python.
• Experience building and deploying ML pipelines and familiarity with software engineering best practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with cloud platforms or containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
