Medical Representative – Alger Ouest / Blida

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Alger Ouest and Blida regions. You will be the primary point of contact for doctors, specialists, and pharmacists, helping to expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, specialists and pharmacists according to a predefined schedule.
• Maintain continuous communication with healthcare professionals to address product and service expectations.
• Implement action plans, monitor results and analyse market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and medical policies regarding promotional materials and product packaging.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Veterinary or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar pharmaceutical sales role.
• Fluency in Arabic and French (written and spoken); English is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical abilities.
