Medical Representative – East Region

About the role

Pfizer is seeking a dynamic Medical Representative for the East region to drive sales, increase market share, and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals. You will act as the primary point of contact for doctors, delivering accurate product information and supporting their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, market share goals, and physician call objectives.
• Plan and execute daily sales calls, ensuring proper coverage and sample distribution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical and competitive product knowledge.
• Develop alternative operating plans when needed and make on‑the‑spot decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the District Manager and other field representatives.
• Coordinate with headquarters departments and external contacts as required.

Required profile

• Medical degree and trilingual ability.
• Strong computer proficiency and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and alignment with Pfizer’s core values.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
