Medical Science Liaison – Vaccines

About the role

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will operate primarily in the field, acting as a scientific bridge between Pfizer and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on vaccines, delivering evidence‑based medical information and supporting real‑world data initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers to share scientific insights on Pfizer vaccines.
• Deliver medical education and presentations on clinical impact, real‑world data analyses, and disease prevention.
• Identify and pursue medical engagement opportunities, gathering customer insights to inform internal strategies.
• Lead customer‑specific projects, strategic partnerships, and non‑interventional studies aimed at enhancing care quality.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market and therapeutic area knowledge, including latest congress data and literature.
• Provide objective, scientifically sound information in compliance with industry codes and regulations.
• Support investigator‑sponsored research processes and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
• Execute field medical strategy and meet KOL engagement metrics.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• 1‑3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within the vaccine therapeutic area.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry codes, policies, and local regulations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, multidisciplinary environment.
• Well‑organized, flexible, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
