Network Program Director

About the role

Ericsson is seeking a proven leader to drive network program delivery across multiple projects. As the Network Program Director (NPD), you will ensure alignment between contracts and delivery, uphold high standards of quality, safety, and data privacy, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Align contracts with delivery through handover with pre‑sales CFR.
• Plan, resource, monitor and control project scope, schedule, budget and risks.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders throughout execution.
• Manage financial performance to achieve target unadjusted margin.
• Oversee third‑party and partner contracts in line with Ericsson quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure accurate data reporting and adherence to Project Management and OHS processes.
• Participate in contract preparation and pre‑sales activities to develop new business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics or Telecommunications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network implementation projects.
• Minimum 5 years in a project‑management role; PMP certification required.
• Strong ownership, accountability and prioritisation mindset.
• Domain knowledge of radio network architecture or integration.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.
