OCC Coordinator – Airport Operations

About the role

Swissport Algeria is seeking an OCC Coordinator to ensure the smooth and safe operation of daily airport activities. You will act as the central point of communication, monitoring operations and anticipating disruptions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily airport operations from the Operations Control Center.
• Facilitate effective communication between all operational teams.
• Identify potential disruptions and implement proactive solutions.
• Support the continuous flow of ground handling activities.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Required profile

• Highly organized, responsive and proactive.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Analytical and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic airport environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in airport operations or a similar coordination role is a plus.
