PMO Coordinator

About the role

Baladna is launching a large‑scale agro‑industrial project in Algeria and seeks a PMO Coordinator to support procurement, invoicing and manager‑office activities. The role will work closely with the Managing Contractor, PMC, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor end‑to‑end procurement processes through the ERP system, handling purchase requisitions, orders, goods receipts and supplier invoices.
• Coordinate with the Managing Contractor, PMC and supply chain to meet procurement timelines and resolve bottlenecks.
• Prepare procurement status reports, dashboards and maintain complete documentation.
• Track supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies with Finance and contractors, and generate aging reports.
• Support the manager by maintaining an action tracker, preparing meeting minutes, action logs and follow‑up reports.
• Coordinate meetings, monitor implementation of decisions and keep the manager’s operational agenda up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 3‑10 years of experience in procurement, project coordination or PMO functions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems for procurement and reporting.
