About the role

The Order Preparer is responsible for receiving purchase orders, planning preparation sequences and assembling products for shipment in a warehouse environment. The role ensures that items are packaged correctly, respecting weight, volume, fragility and delivery dates.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify purchase orders.
• Plan preparation order based on product type, delivery dates, lot numbers, expiration dates and quantities.
• Gather items in the preparation zone and initiate packing according to product characteristics.
• Identify and report handling anomalies such as defective packaging or missing parcels.
• Perform general warehouse handling and material movement tasks.

Required profile

• Completed higher education (Bac +2) or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in order preparation or similar warehouse role.
• Meticulous, organized, rigorous and available for shift work.

• Parceling techniques.
• Storage management and FIFO lot handling.
• Operation of material handling equipment.
• Warehouse safety procedures and product handling guidelines.
• Shelving and inventory arrangement techniques.
