About the role

The Production Associate I supports daily manufacturing operations by handling incoming materials, preparing order packages, and ensuring product quality. This position works on the shop floor in a fast‑paced environment, contributing to the efficient flow of goods to customers while adhering to safety and housekeeping standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and sort materials, confirming that all required documentation is present.
• Assemble component trays, kits, or other packages for customer orders according to detailed specifications.
• Monitor product quality through visual checks, count packaging, and remove any defective items.
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
• Maintain departmental housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
