Production Operator – Dynamic Team in Rouiba

About the role

We are looking for 10 dynamic Production Operators to join our modern facility in Rouiba, Algeria. The role is suitable for recent graduates as well as experienced professionals who want to work in a stimulating industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure smooth production operations while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Collaborate with R&D and methods teams to optimise manufacturing processes.
• Inspect product conformity and report any anomalies.
• Follow environmental and workplace safety procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production line.

Required profile

• Educational background ranging from Baccalaureate to Master 1 in a technical or industrial field.
• 1 to over 10 years of experience in production, maintenance, engineering or industrial methods.
• Strong knowledge of industrial production tools and techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Rigorous, organised and committed to safety protocols.
• Willingness to work shift schedules when required.
