Project Construction Manager

About the role

eTalent Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Construction Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale construction projects in Relizane, Algeria. You will oversee all phases from costing and tendering to execution, monitoring progress and ensuring timely, quality completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle: cost estimation, tender preparation, evaluation, execution, and final assessment.
• Control a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team and coordinate all stakeholders.
• Monitor and mitigate time and cost overruns while maintaining high quality standards.
• Oversee maintenance activities for completed projects.
• Ensure compliance with the latest construction materials, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12‑15 years of hands‑on experience managing large‑scale projects such as retail malls, multi‑storey residential/commercial buildings, IT/SEZ parks, and preferably factory/industrial constructions.
• Proven ability to handle multiple high‑rise projects independently.
• Strong analytical mindset with data and rate analytics expertise.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and team‑leadership skills.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of pre‑engineered and RCC framed structures.
• Familiarity with finishing materials and interior works.
• Budgeting, costing, tender negotiation, and execution expertise.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Primavera and MS Project.
• Ability to perform project costing, rate analysis, and deviation management.
