About the role
Join the Project Operations team at a leading oilfield services company, supporting the in‑country team and Field Service Engineers with comprehensive administrative and logistical assistance. You will help ensure smooth field activities by managing travel, accommodation, permits and service requests.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the local project team and Field Service Engineers.
- Coordinate logistics such as permits, hotel bookings, staff housing, and land transportation.
- Handle operational needs promptly to support field activities.
- Communicate with internal teams and external service providers to execute travel and accommodation plans.
- Monitor service requests to ensure completion and compliance with company standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative roles.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Familiarity with oil & gas operational processes.
Required skills
- Proven knowledge of SAP.
- Strong computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office).
