Project Manager

About the role

Schneider Electric is looking for a Project Manager to identify business opportunities, shape offers that meet customer needs, and lead negotiations through to contract award. The role bridges market analysis, bid preparation, and hand‑over to project execution teams while ensuring risks and planning are tightly controlled.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new project opportunities and conduct market studies (technology, pricing, competition).
• Develop and formalise customer requirements into a technical and commercial offer.
• Lead negotiations in line with business objectives and secure contract award.
• Prepare bid reviews, demonstrate risk mitigation, and ensure compliance with margin and contractual guidelines.
• Transfer offer and contract data to the execution team, maintaining control over risks and schedule.
• Produce client dossiers, key‑account management plans, and competitive pricing evaluations.

Required profile

• Engineer degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation (Master 2 / Bac + 5).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in bid management, project development or related commercial roles.
• Fluent English communication skills.
