Qualified Cook – Japanese Cuisine

About the role

We are looking for a qualified cook to join our authentic Japanese restaurant in Cheraga, Algiers. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced kitchen, preparing Japanese and Asian dishes with precision and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and Asian menu items following established recipes.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
• Ensure timely service while managing multiple orders efficiently.
• Keep the work station clean and organized, adhering to hygiene regulations.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of professional cooking experience, preferably in Japanese or Asian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of preparation techniques and ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Excellent sense of hygiene and kitchen organization.
• Residency in Cheraga or nearby areas (no accommodation provided).
