Quality Assurance Engineer (Mid-Level)

About the role

Maystro Delivery is seeking a mid‑level Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of its web and mobile products. You will work in a hybrid setting in Algiers, collaborating with developers, product managers, and designers to embed quality from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, and track bugs throughout their lifecycle.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing across product lines.
• Contribute to QA strategy and continuous improvement of testing processes.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on QA experience in a software/tech environment.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and the software development life cycle.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and tools like Clickup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
