About the role
As a Guest Experience Expert at Le Méridien, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable stay from check‑in to check‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and issue room keys.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing local area information.
- Process operational needs, complete daily reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Uphold safety standards, follow company policies, and protect confidential information.
- Maintain a professional appearance, uniform, and communication style.
- Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform light physical tasks such as moving, lifting, or carrying objects up to 10 pounds.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or licenses needed.
- Ability to work on feet and perform light physical activity.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to guest satisfaction.
