About the role
Our client, a dynamic and well‑established company in Algiers, is looking for a proactive and polished Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the organization. The role combines front‑desk duties with administrative support, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for visitors and staff alike.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, mail, and correspondence efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules for the team.
- Keep the reception area organized and clean.
- Provide secretarial support to the administrative team.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure proper functioning of office equipment.
Required profile
- Education: Terminal, Baccalauréat, TS Bac+2, or Licence (LMD) – equivalent to high school or associate degree.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in a receptionist, assistant, or secretarial role.
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English.
- Personal qualities: Strong organization, discretion, multitasking ability, polished presentation, and a genuine commitment to client service.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
