About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat. You will use empathy, clear communication, and problem‑solving skills to turn frustration into satisfaction while representing our brand with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English through calls and chat.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
