About the role

The Management Control Manager will lead the budgeting process, monitor economic performance, and provide decision‑support tools to enhance profitability and resource management for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, coordinate and monitor the company’s budgeting cycle.
• Analyze variances between budget forecasts and actual results.
• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Produce financial and operational dashboards.
• Assess profitability of projects, activities and investments.
• Contribute to the development of financial and operational strategies.
• Prepare periodic financial reports for senior management.
• Optimize management procedures and improve management information systems.
• Support operational managers in performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, management control, accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in management control or finance, preferably in an industrial or multinational environment.
• Strong analytical rigor, strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
