Sales Agent

About the role

STARWEAR_DZ is seeking a full‑time Sales Agent to work on‑site at its Setif store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Present and sell merchandise, answer questions about pricing, availability and related insurance services when applicable.
• Process transactions, handle cash and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales area and keep accurate sales records.
• Participate in product and sales technique training sessions.
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven sales aptitude and the capacity to understand customer needs.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash.
• High school diploma or equivalent; proficiency in local languages and basic English or French is a plus.
• Experience in retail or a similar customer‑facing role is beneficial.
