SAP Junior Consultant – QM & HSE Focus

About the role

Richfit International is seeking motivated recent graduates to join its SAP Consulting team as Junior SAP Consultants. The position focuses on Quality Management (QM) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) modules, offering a structured training and mentorship program to develop functional expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation and support of SAP ERP modules, including FICO, MM, PP, PS, PM, SD, HR, QM, HSE, and BW.
• Respond to user issues, create functional instructions, and ensure stable and standardized system operation.
• Conduct business analysis and design solutions based on user requirements.
• Document secondary development needs, write design specifications, and produce configuration, development, and training documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as Accounting, HR, Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration, Chemical or Petrochemical Engineering, HSE, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• Strong logical analysis, independent problem‑solving abilities, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Fluency in English and French.
