Senior Account Manager (Transportation)

About the role

Huawei Algeria is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead business development and client relationship management within the country’s transportation sector. You will leverage deep industry knowledge and ICT sales expertise to expand Huawei’s presence, capture new project opportunities, and drive the adoption of ICT solutions in transportation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the Algerian transportation market, policy trends, and infrastructure plans to shape targeted account strategies.
• Identify and qualify new project opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and guide prospects from discovery through contract signing.
• Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with key clients, technical principals, and senior management.
• Present Huawei’s end‑to‑end ICT solutions, articulating technical advantages and business value.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor competitive activity and market intelligence to maintain a strategic edge.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in ICT sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the transportation sector.
• Strong understanding of Algeria’s transportation industry, infrastructure projects, and investment dynamics.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex contracts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
