Senior Financial Controller

About the role

CoreDepth is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to lead its financial governance and reporting. The role will support the company’s drilling and engineering operations by delivering accurate financial analysis and strategic insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Prepare, analyse and monitor monthly P&L statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial and operational performance.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and corporate financial policies.
• Monitor costs, profitability and performance across projects and departments.
• Coordinate monthly and annual financial closing processes.
• Develop financial dashboards and management reports for senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, operational efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business strategy and sustainable growth.
